Thiroux, Léonie

biography

Léonie Thiroux is a design and architectural historian based in Paris. Her research in architecture focuses mainly on the period of Reconstruction (1945–1962). In the field of design she is mainly interested in the history of exhibitions, with a particular interest in the link between industrial and cultural policies. In her latest project at the Bauhaus Foundation Dessau, she worked on the creation and use of sulphur concrete.
