Favard, Maxime

Maxime Favard is an associate professor of design and a member of the Contemporary Approaches to Artistic Creation and Reflection Research Unit (ACCRA) at the University of Strasbourg. With Gwenaëlle Bertrand, he directed the Poïétiques du design line at L'Harmattan. In 2011, in parallel to their teaching and research activities, they founded the design practice research studio Maxwen. They have also co-directed with David-Olivier Lartigaud “MàJ. Design, environnements techniques et pratiques exploratoires” published by the Cité du design in 2020 and “Design et industrie à l'ère de l'Anthropocène” in the scientific journal “Design Arts Médias” in 2021.
